On Facebook I saw this post: Human: “But I can’t give up how I live”;

Mother Nature replies: “I’m sending you a virus to practice”. Will we get another chance to talk and learn from what we all are going through? What an exciting time to be almost-not alive. Humans have a history of pissing directly into the face of Mother Nature and now the question is how will the next extinction level event happen. Who thinks it will be a virtually undetectable and fast-moving disease? What else could it be? A meteor hitting the Earth like in the age of dinosaurs? A big tidal wave like in the movies...nope, that won’t get all the people. We humans think we are too big, too arrogant and ultimately we are too destructive because of our attitude. Mother Nature has to put her foot down. I just hope it’s not with hordes of spiders! Found this cool picture on the internet of what appears to be an eye and it made me think, Mother Nature is watching. So as we all learn how to be better being interactive with each other and hopefully more considerate of the consequences of our actions let’s come out of this better people to each other, the animals and the planet. Our future depends on it.

Brown, who went vegan to tackle her chronic pain after watching What The Health, has garnered nearly two million followers since joining TikTok at the beginning of March.

We joined eXp for agent collaboration and innovative technology. Our decision to join eXp Realty mirrors the experience of many real estate agents across the country who see the future with this dynamic virtual brokerage. Over a year ago Bill and myself met Jay Kinder, a nationally recognized top producer of real estate and we were immediately impressed with his leadership, success and level of collaboration. We have been in real estate long enough to know the industry is constantly changing and we want to align our team with these

impressive agents, technology and global reach. Bill and I have always been supportive and encouraging of each other and that included the decision to join eXp. It is a great match and logical next step in growing our business.

Staging: Small Things Can Make a Big Difference. BEFORE

AFTER

Decluttering and cleaning are always the two most important things a seller can do to get their house ready to market. But small touches like we did with this house can liven up a house for the buyers. Say “Welcome” by power washing the outside, replace the “dated” storm door and paint the front door a welcoming new color. Inside arrange the furniture to accent a rooms focal point and warm it up with lamps and pictures and a fire in the fireplace. BEFORE

Brilliant job. Few people I have worked with (and I have worked with quite a few in my time) have displayed the energy, enthusiasm and skill that you guys did in this project. Honestly it was a lesson in how to sell a property. A job fantastically well planned and executed. Great job Team Webster. Cheers, Phil & Debbie

Found this great home remedy for kitchen cleaner. Lime diffused vinegar spray for kitchen tops (am told not to use on marble) and is great for removing stains such as coffee stains and soap scum. Also for windows, mirrors, glass tops and sinks! Want to know how to make it?

ketchup bottle; top up with distilled or previously boiled and cooled water. You can use a ½ ratio of water to vinegar.

First fill a jar with citrus peel (limes or lemons). Also add a sprig of rosemary or thyme if you like. Top up the jar with white vinegar or apple cider vinegar (I like apple cider vinegar). Seal tightly and store in a dark place for a couple of weeks to let it diffuse. Then sieve the mixture into an empty spray bottle‌ the one in picture is an old Heinz

Because vinegar has disinfectant properties you can use as an alterative to other antibacterial sprays. Use on chopping blocks, even wooden ones.

How do you make your first home feel more like your dream home? Usually when working with a buyer we are addressing this question with every home we preview. Whether you are single or a couple you need to understand what is important to you (both). What aspect of the home supports your lives. It could be as simple as “color” or tweaking the function of the kitchen or backyard. With a background in kitchen/bath design and a certified home stager...my guidance, if needed, can help you make it your “own”.

Why is my home’s assessed value different than the market value? Since there are many different metrics that can predict a home’s value, you may see some differences. Homeowners pay property taxes based on their home’s assessed value. But this number is not always accurate compared to the market value. Market values fluctuate more than assessed values. When you are getting ready to buy or sell a house, pay attention to the market value. You will only need to worry about the assessed value when calculating how much you will pay in property taxes.
