Welcome We have had good sale numbers this first quarter which is a welcome jolt to the spring market. However, inventory is still low and new listings are needed. Historically low interest rates will motivate sellers to put their homes on the market. Home sales is a situation of supply and demand. Right now demand is up and supply is down.
