RV Parking RV Parking is available. Spaces can be reserved for $100 each and are good from 7 a.m. on Friday until noon on Sunday. To purchase RV parking for the weekend, please call (214) 565-9931.
Tailgating The State Fair of Texas does not have a specific parking area reserved for tailgating prior to a game. Tailgating will be allowed on official Fair lots (not in valet parking areas). Parking on official Fair lots are available on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is $15 per space. It is not possible to reserve adjacent spaces in advance or upon arrival. Open flames, tents and protective awnings are not allowed. Traffic flow and pedestrian traffic may not be impeded. Official State Fair lots open at 7 a .m. Overnight parking is not allowed.
DART Service DART will be providing service to Fair Park for Saturday’s game. Please refer to the attached service map for all DART information.
State Fair Admission Admission to the State Fair is covered under the price of your game ticket. General Admission to the State Fair is $15.
ATM Machines ATMs are located throughout the grounds. There is a service charge. Check the map in the State Fair Visitor Guide for locations. You can pick up a Visitor Guide as you enter the Fair or from any of our six Information Booths. Personal checks cannot be cashed on the fairgrounds.
Ticket Sales/Guest Will Call • The last day to purchase tickets in the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office is Wednesday, if you wish to have your tickets shipped. Walk-up tickets will be sold through the end of the business day on Thursday. Tickets are priced at $90, $60 and $40. • Tickets will be on sale at all major entrances to the State Fair. Everyone entering the stadium must have a ticket or credential. • Texas Tech Player Parent/Guest will call will be located at the Lago/Pennsylvania gate; stadium entrance will be at Gate C with a torn ticket and wrist band. • Baylor Player Parent/Guest will call is located at the Lago/Pennsylvania gate; stadium entrance will be at Gate J with a torn ticket and wrist band. • Patrons with ticket problems will be handled at Gate A- Security Office.
Alcohol Sales Alcohol will be sold outside the stadium, but not allowed inside. Ticket holders may only leave with a pass out stub at half time. Alcohol purchased at half time will not be permitted back into stadium.
First Aid First aid stations are available throughout the stadium. Gate A, Gate D, Gate G and Section 33 of the main concourse. Locations in the upper deck are section 105, 117, 123 and 135.
Lost And Found • Lost and found will be located at Gate A of the stadium in Security Office (214-939-2222). Items not picked up will be turned over to the SFT lost and found after the game. • Lost children will be taken to the Security Office at Gate A.
Stadium Passouts Pass-outs will not be distributed until halftime.
Stadium Gates All stadium gates will open at 9 a.m.
Kickoff Time Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. and the game will be televised nationally on FSN.

Texas Tech Alumni Association - Red Raider Stampede (6:30 - 9:30 p.m.) Join us for a BBQ Buffet and Cash Bar the night before the Tech vs. Baylor game! The pep rally will begin at 7:30 p.m. and there will be live music by Texas Country Music Band, Emory Quinn, from 8 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Cost: $15 in advance/$20 at the door. Kids 10 & under eat free. There will be complimentary valet and merchandise available for purchase by Campus Design. Special guests include Chancellor Kent Hance, President Dr. Guy Bailey and more! Texas Tech Tailgate (North Side of Coliseum) Join fellow Red Raiders for the Texas Tech Tailgate beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning. The tailgate will feature food, drink and music and will be located directly north of the Fair Park Coliseum. There will also be appearances by the Texas Tech spirit squads.

REGULAR SERVICE FOR THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS ■ WEEKDAYS—SEPTEMBER 24 & 27-30; OCTOBER 1, 4-8 & 11-15 Green Line: Ride from Victory Station, or any of the downtown stations, to either Fair Park or MLK, Jr. Station. Both serve the fairgrounds. Trains will operate on a regular weekday schedule; with added frequency (every 15 minutes) on Friday evenings. Red Line/Blue Line: Transfer to/from the Green Line at West End, Akard, St. Paul or Pearl stations. Trains will operate on regular weekday schedules, with added northbound frequency (every 15 minutes) on Fridays after 8 p.m. Trinity Railway Express (TRE): Transfer to/from the Green Line at Victory Station to reach the Fair Park or MLK, Jr. stations serving the fairgrounds. Trains will operate on a regular weekday schedule.

RAIL CIRCULATOR Service: Trains will operate every 10 minutes in a continuous clockwise loop serving Cedars, Convention Center, Union, West End, Akard, St. Paul, Pearl, Deep Ellum, Baylor and Fair Park stations.
Trains will operate every 10 minutes from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. when service frequency changes to every 15 minutes. Red Line, Blue Line: Transfer to/from the Green Line at West End, Akard, St. Paul or Pearl stations. Trains will operate a regular weekend schedule until 7:30 p.m. when service frequency changes to every 15 minutes. TRE: Trains will operate a special State Fair schedule. SPECIAL GAME DAY SERVICE Are you ready for some football? This year, DART and the TRE offer enhanced Game Day Service to three Cotton Bowl matchups during the State Fair of Texas. Get an early start, and allow plenty of travel time so you don’t miss a single play! We’ve got you covered coming and going, so just take the same route to return home after the game.
■■ Saturday, September 25—State Fair Classic: Grambling State vs. Prairie View A&M Green Line: Trains will operate every 10 minutes from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., between Victory Station and MLK, Jr. Station which serves the fairgrounds. After 8 p.m., trains operate every 15 minutes. Red Line, Blue Line: Trains will operate on a regular “Saturday” schedule until 7:30 p.m. when frequency changes to every 15 minutes. To reach either the Fair Park or MLK, Jr. stations at the fairgrounds, transfer to the Green Line at Pearl, St. Paul, Akard, or West End stations. SHUTTLE BUS Service: Green Line Game Day Rail Service will NOT serve Victory or MLK, Jr. stations. At Victory Station, board the shuttle that will take you directly to the fairgrounds. MLK, Jr. Station will be served by regular Saturday bus service. EXPRESS BUS Service: From Victory Station: Express nonstop bus service to fairgrounds will begin four hours prior to kickoff. Express buses will meet all TRE trains. Return Service to Victory Station: Last bus departs fairgrounds bus drop-off/pick-up area two hours after the game.
Red Line Game Day Service (Oct. 2nd & 9th) SPECIAL RAIL Service: Trains marked SPECIAL (with a STATE FAIR dashboard sign) will operate a special route every 10 minutes. Between Parker Road Station and Cityplace Station the “Special” trains will make all regular station stops. After Cityplace Station, trains will travel non-stop through downtown to MLK, Jr. Station serving the fairgrounds.
The last TRE train to Fort Worth will depart Union Station at 9:20 p.m. and Victory Station at 9:25 p.m.

Northbound riders can transfer to the Green Line at the West End Station and ride to Fair Park Station. EXPRESS BUS Service: From Bush Turnpike or Forest Lane stations: Buses will depart the station every 10 minutes, beginning four hours before kickoff. From Pearl Station: Buses will depart the station every five minutes, beginning four hours before kickoff. Return Service to Pearl, Forest Lane & Bush Turnpike stations: The last bus departs fairgrounds bus drop-off/pick-up area two hours after the game.
Blue Line Game Day Service (Oct. 2nd & 9th) SPECIAL RAIL Service: Trains with blank white destination sign (and a WEST END dashboard sign) will operate every 15 minutes between Downtown Garland Station and Pearl Station in downtown Dallas. At Pearl Station, transfer to the Green Line for service to Fair Park Station. You may also choose to ride an express shuttle bus from Pearl Station to the fairgrounds. Return Service to Pearl Station for connections to the Blue Line: The last bus departs fairgrounds bus drop-off/pickup area two hours after the game.
Trinity Railway Express (TRE) Game Day Service (Oct. 2nd & 9th) TRE/Shuttle Bus Game Day Service: Two hours before kickoff, trains will operate every 30 minutes between T& P Station in Fort Worth and Victory Station in Dallas, except during the midday and evening when trains will operate hourly. At Victory Station, all game-bound riders must transfer to express shuttle buses for service to the fairgrounds. Return Service to Victory Station for connections to the TRE: The last bus departs fairgrounds bus drop-off/pick-up area two hours after the game. TRE will operate the Special State Fair Game Day schedule with additional trains two to three hours before kickoff. After the event additional trains will also be operated.
