The result of the old SAU Guillaume Koffi practice and of the purchase of the Architect Louis Renard’s intellectual property rights, the agency revolves around the two partners, Guillaume Koffi and Issa Diabaté, and a team of 18 people firmly convinced that specialisation and vision of the future are two essentials for understanding new architecture. Born in Lisbon in 1955, Frederico Valsassina graduated in Architecture from the Higher School of Fine Arts of Lisbon in July 1979. He established his own office in 1986. His work is represented in the various fields of architecture both nationally and internationally. He currently works in association with other architects, both Portuguese and worldwide. He was awarded the Honourable Mention of the Valmor Prize 2003 for the Alcântara Rio Project, and the Valmor Prize 2004 for the Art’s Business Center project in Parque das Nações.
