EINSATZBEREICHE Getränkelager und Verteilzentren profitieren von der Schnelligkeit und Flexibilität von Lagengreifern. Bei Zusammenstellen gemischter Paletten kann der Cascade-Lagengreifer eine einzelne oder mehrere Lagen verschiedener Produkte, beispielsweise Flaschen- oder Dosenware, palettieren und depalettieren. MODELLE Schwenk-Ausführung ¡¡
Die Schwenk-Ausführung ist für Einsatzbereiche mit Förderbändern zu beiden Seiten vorgesehen. Ein 3000-kg-Stapler auf Luftreifen mit Spezialhubgerüst (im Lieferumfang enthalten) und dem Lagengreifer bewegt sich frei oder entlang eines Schienensystems. Der Lagengreifer schwenkt um 90º nach rechts, links und nach vorne, um von beiden Seiten Waren von einem Förderband zu greifen und eine gemischte Palette zusammenzustellen. Seitliche Festmontage ¡¡ Das Modell mit seitlicher Festmontage eignet sich für Produkte, die immer von derselben Seite aufgenommen werden. Ein 3000-kg-Stapler mit Spezialhubgerüst (im Lieferumfang enthalten) und dem Lagengreifer bewegt sich frei oder entlang eines Schienensystems. Dieses Gerät schwenkt NICHT von einer Seite zur anderen.
