Thanks to the simultaneity with Beer&Food Attraction and the Italgrob International Horeca Meeting, the world of eating out meets at the Rimini Exhibition Center. BBTech expo 2023 presents itself in its 5th edition with some important innovations. The professional tradeshow of technologies, equipment and accessories for the production and packaging of beers and drinks, organized by Italian Exhibition Group, brings together the entire beverage industry, from February 19th to 22nd at Rimini Expo Centre, simultaneously with Beer&Food Attraction.
The new layout will best catalyze the business opportunities of the entire supply chain by placing the exhibitors of technologies, equipment and raw materials in the pavilions of the west entrance next to the section dedicated to craft breweries.
The Beer&Tech Arena will be located in the center of the pavilion, which will host talks, seminars and awards in collaboration with research companies, universities, associations and media partners. Among the major events, we highlight Birra dell’Anno, the prestigious competition organized by Unionbirrai which is now in its 18th edition. In fact, the event returns to the Rimini Exhibition Center thanks to the important partnership renewed for 5 editions between Italian Exhibition Group and Unionbirrai. This is excellent news, not only for the world of Italian craft beer, but for the entire supply chain, including filling, packaging, processing and raw material companies, which in fact are already confirming their participation to the tradeshow. GAI, TMCI Padovan, Celli, Finpac Sleeve, Mr Malt, and again Bevco, Polsinelli Enologia, Co.mac/CFT Group, Reda, Biomerieux, Rastal have already joined, to name just a few of the main brands that will be present at BBTech expo 2023. www.bbtechexpo.com
Alongside the beer sector, the beverage industry is booming - soft drinks, waters, spirits, distillates - and in particular the world of mixology. For this reason, among the innovations of the 2023 edition, Italian Exhibition Group is launching the Mixology Circus project: an area dedicated to the trendiest clubs, with the involvement of the best Italian bartenders, who will propose the most innovative mixing techniques. Craft micro distilleries are also back, an ancient art that is growing again, among the new market trends, with gin, whisky, grappa, rum and beer distillates, which will be protagonists with their Master Distillers, between innovation and tradition. The tradeshow in attendance will also be enhanced by an innovative digital platform, an important communication tool supplementing the physical and business experience through a Digital Agenda dedicated to matching international exhibitors and buyers.
The OUT of home supply chain is completed by the contemporaneity with the Italgrob International Horeca Meeting, now in its 12th edition.
