During the latest SIMEI 2022, Enoplastic revealed the new name of the group, alliance of prestigious international brands, basing on four fundamental pillars: Innovation, creativity, excellence, and sustainability

Last November “CREALIS” was revealed for the first time, the new name of the leading international group in closure solution for wine, spirits, olive oil and vinegars, as result of the alliance of valuable brands bringing their expertise in capping and overcapping.

In addition to the group’s name, the meaning of the name, the values and the strategy of this union were explained during the press conference, showing for the first time the wide product portfolio able to match every need to “dress the upper part of the bottle”

The group grounds on four pillars: Innovation –Creativity – Excellence – Sustainability.

This new identity conveys the group’s ambition to be a proximity partner and loyal advisor, to accompany customers to value creation by generating tailored and sustainable packaging solutions that fit their needs.

How’s organized the new group?

CREALIS is the result of the alliance of 8 renowned brands, each of which is characterized by its own uniqueness and experience: ENOPLASTIC, SPARFLEX, LE MUSELET VALENTIN, RIVERCAP, MAVERICK, PE.DI, SUPERCAP and CORCHOMEX. Each brand operates locally but is also enriched with the creativity and industrial capacity of an international group.

With 15 production sites in Spain, France, the US, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand, Crealis is active in more than 70 countries through a broad sales network. The group counts 2000 people with a turnover of about 300 million euro.

Which is the meaning of the name?

Crealis stems from the merging of two concepts: creation and listening.

As an international group, the cooperation with customers is fundamental to create and give added value to products, thanks to various closure solutions. How? With personalized, tailored, creative, and sustainable products.

Listening is crucial to build and improve relationship with customers, cooperators, suppliers, and partners. Listening enables the group to improve and make long-lasting relationships.

Which are the reasons of the group creation?

As already explained, Crealis is the alliance of wellknown international brands, each one with specific features. The name Crealis is a great opportunity to unify all the brands under one single umbrella, with one new logo, to create a strong and recognizable global leader. In addition to conveying market positioning, it also stands as a uniting element thanks to shared values, strategies, and vision within the group.

Which is the common denominator of the brands?

The values of the group are: Keep Moving, monitoring customers’ and market’s trends and needs.

Which is Enoplastic’s role in the group?

Enoplastic, whose new company name has been Crealis S.p.A. since 15th November 2022, is the group headquarters. It will always remain the renowned iconic brand in Italian market that, integrated into Crealis, will spread locally the international group’s culture.

Availability: Capsules in various materials, including tin and new and innovative sustainable materials like R-Derma®, the cutting-edge polylaminate including the 60% of recycled content, wirehoods for sparkling wines, crown caps, and bidules, both for sparkling wines in classic method, T-bars, pourers, screw caps, etc.

What are the markets you are addressing to?

Mainly the world of still wines, sparkling wines, spirits, oil and vinegars.

What is the group’s strategy (commercial, marketing and service)?

The strategy is wrapped in the slogan “Close to you, Open to the future”.

As an international group with a comprehensive product portfolio, and thanks to 15 production sites across the globe and local teams (commercial and customer service), Crealis’ goal is being close to its customers providing them with an excellent service based on knowledge of the market and local requirements.
