Italian Sommelier Foundation. In fact, on Saturday 3 December, at the Hotel Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, the official award ceremony took place during the presentation of the twenty-fifth edition of the Guida Bibenda 2023, directed by Franco M.
