popsicles Feel the freeze! There’s nothing better than a cold snack on a hot day on the Island. Fight the smoldering heat by cooling down with these pretty and fresh fruit ice popsicles. They’re so easy to make that you’ll enjoy making them just as much as you and your friends will enjoy eating them! Ingredients you will need are:
Prep Time Servings
20 minutes 6 servings
Ingredients • ½ a watermelon, cut into 1/2-inch slices (1/2 cup) • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds • 3/4 cup strawberries, finely chopped • 1/2-cup pineapple • 1/2 cup sliced grapes • 1 1/2 to 2 cups of fruit punch or 100 percent white-grape juice
Directions Now that you’re ready to prepare your delicious treat follow by: Step Combining the fruit in a mixing bowl and arranging the mixture into eight 3-ounce Popsicle molds. Step Pour enough juice into each mold to just cover the fruit. Step Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds and cover them. Step Freeze for about six hours or until solid. Step Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat for those hot island days.

♥ I SAY NO SE K SU EE L OVER DR A AGBA RE AANDOENINGEN ( SOA’S) Seksueel overdraagbare aandoeningen (SOA’s), ook wel geslachtsziekten genoemd, zijn infecties die voornamelijk verspreid worden door seksueel contact, door contact met lichaamsafscheidingen (sperma, vaginale afscheiding, bloed) of contact met besmette huid. SOA’s kunnen op verschillende manieren worden verspreid:
Tussen twee personen door middel van seksueel contact (vaginaal, anaal of oraal), zelfs als er geen penetratie plaatsvindt. Door naalden te delen met een besmet persoon. Een zwangere vrouw met een SOA kan haar baby voor of gedurende de bevalling besmetten door contact van de baby met het bloed of de geïnfecteerde vagina van de moeder. Door borstvoeding, vooral in het geval van HIV.
Eén van de meest ernstige SOA’s is HIV. Er is geen vaccinatie tegen HIV en er zijn geen medicijnen om te kunnen genezen als je eenmaal besmet bent. Overige SOA’s als syfilis, chlamydia en gonorroe (druiper) zijn ook heel ernstig. Need advise?

Hoewel deze infecties behandeld en genezen kunnen worden, kunnen ze toch langdurige effecten hebben: Ze kunnen zorgen voor onvruchtbaarheid zowel bij mannen als bij vrouwen. Ze kunnen het gemakkelijker maken voor HIV om het lichaam binnen te dringen. In het kort zijn er maar 3 manieren om SOA’s, waaronder HIV, te voorkomen: Onthouding van seksuele omgang. Stel het begin van je seksuele leven uit of stop met seks. Als je toch seks hebt, gebruik altijd een condoom vanaf het begin tot aan het eind van de seksuele daad. Gebruik een condoom iedere keer dat je seks hebt. Doe een SOA onderzoek samen met je partner en blijf beiden trouw aan elkaar.
Veel mensen beginnen met het gebruiken van condooms maar na een poos beginnen ze te denken: “Ik vertrouw mijn partner. We stoppen met het gebruiken van condooms."

Een wondje, gezwel of uitslag op of rond de penis. Een afscheiding uit de penis die lijkt op pus. Pijn of brandend gevoel tijdens het plassen. Pijn tijdens seksuele omgang. Pijn en zwelling van de testikels. Abnormale zwelling of vergroeiing aan de geslachtsdelen.
Tekenen van SOA’s bij vrouwen zijn onder andere: è è è è è è è
Afscheiding uit de vagina die dik is of een abnormale geur of kleur heeft. Pijn in de onderbuik. Pijn of brandend gevoel tijdens het plassen. Pijn tijdens seksuele omgang. Abnormale of onregelmatige vaginale bloeding. Jeuk rond de geslachtsdelen. Abnormale zwelling of vergroeiing aan de geslachtsdelen.
Als je een van deze symptomen hebt, moeten jij en je partner direct een huisarts bezoeken.
Dit is een grote fout!
Sommigen denken dat het gebruiken van een condoom een teken is van wantrouwen. Integendeel, het gebruik van een condoom is het bewijs dat je van je partner houdt. Zelfs als geen van beiden een SOA heeft is het beter om condooms te blijven gebruiken om zwangerschap en SOA’s te voorkomen.

The Dinner Date Whether you’re trying to impress your new crush, or are treating your current girlfriend like a queen, the dinner date is the most classic Valentine’s Day date. Dressing up is a must for this one, as the restaurant you’ve chosen is hopefully a nice classic place. For this occasion we also recommend you a classic outfit like a slim fit shirt with pants or jeans. You can also wear a tie as an accessory.
