Best of all, the valley is vibrant with popular festivals highlighting music, art, film and sport from May to October. Summer is also the season for golf enthusiasts to tee off at the Telluride Golf Club. Here, guests enjoy striking the ball off of North America’s highest elevated tee box. At over 9,000 feet above sea level, golf balls soar farther than lower elevation courses. Plus, the beauty of the course is unmatched with incredible views of the San Juan Mountains.

Restaurants Telluride Ski Resort boasts one of the top culinary programs of any North American winter destination. Our organization owns and operates 12 restaurants representing many different dining experiences. Dining options like Tomboy Tavern, Crazy Elk Pizza and Siam’s Talay Grille offer friendly service in a casual atmosphere. Plus, we operate one-of-a-kind mountain restaurants at Altezza, Allred’s, Alpino Vino and Bon Vivant—all of which are elevated dining experiences found nowhere else. Altezza (9,500 ft) | Altezza, which means “height” in Italian, offers an Italian-inspired menu, with a variety of main courses such as traditional pastas and Colorado-inspired dishes such as striped bass and elk carpaccio. The restaurant, which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, provides one of the most spectacular views in the Telluride region and will use clean and healthy ingredients while producing honest and delicious food. Altezza is located inside The Peaks Resort and Spa. Allred’s (10,535 ft) | Telluride’s flagship restaurant at the top of the gondola offers an incredibly unique mountain top dining experience.
