Sarah Jacobs :: Newborns - From Booking to Sale Sarah Jacobs is a newborn photographer in Western NC and the owner of Soulshine Photography. Over the past six years, she has been drawn to specialize in newborn photography. The love and raw emotion shown between a parent and child, paired with the challenge of shooting infants, are what make Sarah eager for each session at her home studio.
