Launching a new product into the market represent a significant achievement for the business. Planning and developing a new strategy will help the product and the business exposure opportunities.

GUCCI Walk of Fame Smart Belt can be launched at a Fashion event, possibly Fashion Week, where Gucci presents a new collection which includes the Smart Belt. Runway walks with models wearing the belt could capture potential customers’ attention. Another possibility for launching is organising an event dedicated especially for the Smart Belt, where Gucci will promote a campaign for wearable technology and the third option is launching at a wearable technology expo.
After a successful launch, the mass production of the product can begin with hundreds and then thousands of belts, which will be distributed to all Gucci shops open worldwide.
Customer feedback
After a product launching, manufacturing and distribution, there is still work to do, such as collecting and analysing consumer’s feedback and improve the next projects.
