Four Points Cebu's landscape was envisioned to reflect the oceanic beauty and vibrant aquatic life of Mactan Island. The challenge was to create a cohesive and immersive outdoor experience that seamlessly integrates the natural surroundings with modern landscape design elements
Design Solution
Water Features:
Blubber Fountains were located at the drop-off area, to serves as a focal point and set a welcoming tone for guests, shallow pools were integrated along seating areas to create serene spaces for relaxation and visual appeal, and an infinity swimming pools was designed to blend seamlessly with the ocean view, enhancing the connection between the property and the sea.
Modern Landscape Elements:
Bridges and walkways were incorporated to provide functional and aesthetic value, creating a light and airy atmosphere that complements the modern design.
Preservation of Flora:
Existing trees were strategically preserved to highlight the natural beauty of Mactan Island’s flora and provide shade, contributing to a cooler environment for guests.

Lanson Place is a contemporary lifestyle hotel with a 250-room hotel and 150-room serviced suites catered to business travelers. The landscape design features a podium-level garden deck and modern pool amenities
The distinct angular design of the garden deck accessible by steps leads to a wide turf area. Fine-textured planting materials complement the design with a modern arrangement of planters tree boxes, and decks to create a cool and relaxing feel amidst the urban scene.
