Welcome to the eighth edition of our journey into the spiritual world. This issue, we have put together our ‘Summer Gin Guide’, much like a Gig Guide, only for your palate and providing a bench mark of which gins are must try and how best to enjoy them, we see the return to New Zealand of The Glenlivet 12-year-old and ask where has this popular malt been hiding? We also delve into the history of one of the most iconic cocktails of all time, the Negroni.

Our congregation meets monthly as we heighten our senses and understanding of the spirits surrounding us, we hope you’ll continue to join.
