HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIGHTING EQUIPMENT BASED ON LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE
The UE “TETRAEDR” offers up-to-date energy and recourse saving products based on semiconductor light sources and developed by TETRAEDR. Every Customer is offered world standard products adapted to the Customer’s local environment (electric power consumption, lighting specifications and design) in compliance with the Customer’s requirements. White LEDs made at our own plants as well as produced by the leading world manufacturers are employed in our products as light sources. LEDS of any color gamma may be offered at the Customer’s request. Solar modular may be used to power LEDs. LEDs main advantages: At the average LED power consumption is 5-10 times less than that of an incandescent lamp; besides the LED service life is 60 – 100 times longer than the service life of incandescent lamps. LED modular design and the lack of moving mechanical parts enable them to work in harsh vibration-related environment and decrease significantly operating costs (repair costs and service costs). The LED may emit practically any illumination color. LED efficiency factor is substantially higher than that of the incandescent lamp with the same color filter due to its emission in the narrow spectral band. The LED requires low voltage power. Therefore their application enables us to make a lighting device safe for customers. The lack of detrimental to health substances. The LEDs are resistant to multiple on-off cycles as against the incandescent lamps. The LED response time to change in voltage is measured in nanoseconds. It is essentially less than the incandescent lamp response time. It enables LED to work in the pulsed mode without fails for a long time which makes LED convenient for employment in signaling devices and in stage lighting instruments. Ultraviolet and infrared constituents are not present in the illumination spectrum. Therefore colors of paintings do not fade away and do not become colorless. The illuminated surface does not get warm. These features are useful not only in the museums but also in medicine (complex surgical operations). Colors may be changed dynamically without using additional filters.

The Head Light is designed to illuminate railway lines in front of the train at nights. White LEDS with a special optical system using Fresnel lens are the source of lighting. LEDs are mounted on the aluminum board to ensure maximum heat dissipation and transfer. The frame of the Street Light is made of aluminum alloy with protective coating and its absolute cross-section ensures thermal conditions for LEDs. The Head Light is designed for operation in cold temperature environment (М25 ГОСТ 17516.1-90). Permissible mechanical impact (М25 ГОСТ 17516.1-90).
