For some specific applications ALP has available an aluminium foil treated with a special “antimicrobial compound that has proved to be effective against a wide range of bacteria, fungi and moulds. For some other applications, which require aggressive sanitising products, a Stainless Steel foil faces the panel. Ducts fabricated with ALP panels do not need any additional cladding when installed outdoor because the insulation foam is already protected externally by the aluminium foil. Moreover, the epoxy coating on the aluminium foil itself makes them particularly resistant against UV rays and other weather The ALP panel: a rigid polyurethane foam board faced by aluminium / stainless steel foils agents.

Pre-insulated ductwork for all applications: a system in compliance with the requirements of the major standards. The fabrication of a duct that optimizes the performances of the installation and that assures duration and reliability during the time depends on the type of panel used. ALP has developed a wide range of panels differing for board thickness, facing foil and foil finish, in order to comply with any installation requirement.
The wide range of panels produced with high quality raw materials allows the fabrication of ducts with unique features of lightness, handiness, resistance and durability that comply with any project specifications. Indoor or outdoor, wherever air is distributed you will find ALP System with the quality and efficiency that distinguish it.

ALPinox
ALPinox, the pre-insulated STAINLESS STEEL ductwork The ideal solution for aggressive sanitizing procedures The exclusive features of lightness, insulation and easiness of assembly that characterize ALP System can be found in ALPINOX, a line that has been conceived and developed by ALP for the fabrication of pre-insulated ducts for all ambients with particular hygiene requirements. Indeed the stainless steel panels, that constitute the core of ALPINOX, satisfy the requirements of the norms regulating the installation of HVAC ducts in those fields in which maintenance has to be carried out by using aggressive sanitizing products. In the optics of making the maintenance and disinfection procedures even easier, ALP has enriched ALPINOX line with accessories intended for the fabrication of large inspection and access doors.

A general view of the basic equipment for the fabrication of ALP System ducts
ALP System: for everybody, everywhere. To carry out the fabrication of an ALP System duct only few and simple tools, which do not require any electric power, are needed. This is definitely considered one of the major advantages of ALP System technology because, in case of projects that require a lot of measures modifications, it allows the fabrication of the ducts directly at site, assuring a rapid and more precise execution of the work.
