JH Lightning In A Bottle was the first true black bull to hit 90” TTT. He was 90” as a 4-year-old. Lightning In A Bottle was the 2023 Legacy Spotlight Bull. Lightning broke the tip of his horn off in March ‘23. Before breaking it, he measured 90.25”. After breaking it, he measured 86.125”. In April ‘24 he measured 90.125”. After you do the math on that, it is obvious that Lightning is still putting the horn on! He has been throwing tremendous calves and they have what every breeder is looking for: color, confirmation, and horn. He has a son, Gaston, who measured 89” at 3 years and 5 months. He has another son, DCT Ride The Lightning, who measured 38” TTT and 43.75” TH at 1 year old, and his horn is still all black.
