woman out walking in the Teide national park had to be rescued by the emergency helicopter after she slipped and fell.
The incident happened near the Altavista shelter and involved a Czech visitor. The 53-year-old Czech woman suffered a lower limb trauma and after being picked up by the GES helicopter was taken to hospital in Candelaria.
