Perugina has represented all the know-how and experience of Italian chocolate art for one hundred years, pouring its passion into every one of its creations, veritable “legends” of the country’s confectionery history, and recognised and loved outside Italy too. According to the legend, the world famous Bacio Perugina, created in 1922 by Luisa Spagnoli and named by Giovanni Buitoni, was introduced on Valentine's Day and has since then been a symbol of love and emotions. Each Bacio is hugged by a little love note that reflects sentiments of love, affection and friendship and represents the key to Baci Perugina’s enduring place in Italian culture. It’s no wonder to give a Baci is to say “I love you” the Italian way. * A couple of Baci will be served for every guests.

SAN PELLEGRINO & ACQUA PANNA NATURAL STILL WATER Distributer: Vanichwattana (Bangkok) website: www.sanpellegrino.com Tel: +66 2 688 9097 S.Pellegrino is a premium quality natural mineral water that was first discovered the 13 th century. Perfectly brilliant, it distinguishes itself in its fine bubbles and subtle mineral aromas. Its structure is a masterpiece of elegant gustative harmony where one is greeted by an intense yet pleasing sensation of fragrant freshness. S.Pellegrino mineral water flows from a thermal spring in the foothills of the Italian Alps, where it is bottled. It is a rare, perfect combination of dissolved minerals with the addition of natural CO2 resulting in a light, delicate effervescence, which is seen in its fine perlage. For its unique properties, S.Pellegrino enjoys international renown and is preferred by upscale restaurants all over the world. An Italian legend that comes alive and travels the world. The story of Aranciata comes from a tradition: in Italy it was custom to prepare a refreshing and very tasty drink by mixing fresh orange juice, sparkling water and sugar. This drink was called “aranciata” which in Italy is the name given to call a lemonade made out of orange instead of lemon. Aranciata was launched in 1932 as a line extension of S.Pellegrino Mineral Water. Mission of the product was to be the ready to drink version of “home made” aranciata, maintaining the same characteristics of naturalness, taste and refreshness. In order to have it as typical as possible a revolutionary innovative technology was adopted: “pasteurization” which was able to guarantee optimal preservation of the product, without altering the pleasant taste of the orange.

Location VESPA ‘GALLERIA’: VESPA FLAGSHIP & SERVICE CENTRE Address: A-Square, Sukhumvit 26, Bangkok, Thailand Area: 590 m2 Completion: July 2013 Design studio: Super machine Studio Design team: Pitupong Chaowakul with Korakot Meesatien, Yupadee Suvisith and Jetsada Phongwasin Contractor: New Siam First Thailand’s first stand-alone Vespa flagship & service centre was locally developed under the global ‘GALLERIA’ concept: The design brief was to best represent Vespa, the iconic Italian ‘retro inspired scooter’ brand with over 6 decades of design and cultural heritage, in a modern context. The space was designed as a multi-purpose sales, service and exhibition space that is flexible and dynamic enough to caters to various brand and marketing needs. The overall neutral colour scheme and lighting serve as a ‘blank canvas’ for our products, which are ‘work of arts’ in their own rights. Some key features such as window display areas are borrowed from the ‘boutique’ fashion & retail industry to position our brand as a true ‘lifestyle’ brand, rather than just a scooter brand. Brand essence and equities (e.g. PREMIUM, MODERN, FUNCTION, ART & DESIGN, EUROPEAN HERITAGE) are carried through in the choice of materials, texture, design elements and details.
