RENEWAL Members can renew by mail, by phone or online

at members.hog.com ‘My Membership’. Before your H.O.G. membership expires, you will be invited to renew. When you do so, you will continue to be eligible for all benefits, programmes and services, plus you will receive a specially designed renewal patch and pin, as well as an updated Touring Handbook (Full and Full Life members) and Benefits Guide. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery. To receive your renewal package sooner, renew before your membership expires.

AUTO RENEWAL To ensure that you do not miss out on all the great benefits H.O.G. has to offer, if you are paying by credit card or debit card* renewing your H.O.G. membership couldn’t be easier! Your membership will be automatically renewed when it expires in one year. We will contact you 60 days before this date to remind you that we will shortly be renewing your membership, and payment will be taken 30 days before your expiry date. H.O.G.® MILEAGE PROGRAMME Pins, patches, and motorcycle medallions are awarded to H.O.G.® members for riding their Harley-Davidson® motorcycles; awards begin at just 1,000 miles, with additional awards earned at 5,000 and 10,000 miles and beyond. Additional enrolment forms are available on the members-only website at members.hog.com or by contacting the H.O.G. Customer Care Centre.

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES: 1. YOU must enrol EACH motorcycle in the programme prior to accumulating miles/kilometres. Mileage accumulated prior to enrolment is not eligible for consideration. 2. Participation is offered exclusively to active H.O.G. members (Full and Associate). 3. Members may enrol in the H.O.G. Mileage Programme by completing an enrolment form. Vehicle identification number and current mileage must be indicated on the form at time of enrolment, and all enrolment forms must be endorsed by an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer. Members should send their forms to: Harley Owners Group® – Customer Care Centre, Globe House, 1 Chertsey Road, Twickenham TW1 1LR, UK. 4. An additional H.O.G. Mileage Programme form must be submitted when a vehicle is sold/traded, indicating the ending mileage reading for the old vehicle along with the vehicle identification number and starting mileage of the new vehicle. 5. For each mileage level, a separate H.O.G. Mileage Programme form must be completed, endorsed by an authorised Harley-Davidson dealer and submitted to the H.O.G. Customer Care Centre. 6. Passengers are also welcome to participate in the H.O.G. Mileage Programme. The passenger must also be an active H.O.G. member, and enrolment is to be documented on the same form as his or her sponsoring rider. 7. Those listed as a ‘passenger’ on a form, but who are also ‘riders’, may submit a separate enrolment form if they would like to accumulate miles as a ‘rider’. However,

mileage accumulated on one vehicle cannot be shared with another rider (ie. the same mileage cannot be reported twice for two rider awards). Harley-Davidson Authorized Tours & Rentals miles may be credited to your file by submitting a copy of the contract, which indicates mileage accumulated. Each Mileage Programme form must document odometer readings and appropriate vehicle identification numbers for all vehicles used to accumulate required mileage for that particular mileage level. Kilometres should be indicated for those motorcycles using a kilometre odometer. All submissions must be endorsed by an authorised H-D® dealer. A H.O.G. Mileage Programme pin and patch will be sent to all H.O.G. members upon enrolment in the programme. After enrolment, additional awards can be earned by achievement of the mileage levels listed below.

NOTE: After 300,000 miles, the award levels will remain at 50,000-mile increments. To convert kilometres to miles, divide kilometres by 1.61. For example, 40,250 kilometres ÷ 1.61 = 25,000 miles. MILES

In 2012 Million Mile Monday was expanded to start on Sunday, growing into the two-day Harley-Davidson World Ride. H.O.G. invited all Harley-Davidson riders to participate to get a taste for the fun and camaraderie of being a member of the worldwide Official Riding Club of Harley-Davidson. Riders from more than 66 countries participated and collectively rode

7,799,140 miles! In 2013, youâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re invited to again participate on June 23-24; join us to showcase H.O.G. to the world on the second annual World Ride.

SAFE RIDER SKILLS PROGRAMME Active members who successfully complete an accredited motorcycle safety rider training course during the 2013 calendar year will receive a pin and patch featuring the Safe Rider Skills logo.

OFFICIAL GUIDELINES: 1. You must be a current H.O.G. member on the date the course began. 2. You must send the proper proof of the completion date of the safety course you took within three months of completing the course. 3. Limited to recognition for one safety course per member annually. 4. Pin and patch can be obtained by submitting a completed form with a copy of the safety course certificate indicating

successful completion of the course. Forms may be obtained by calling H.O.G. Customer Care Centre (see telephone and address directory) or can be downloaded from members.hog.com. 5. After a minimum of 12 members from one chapter pass an accredited rider training course and have submitted their individual certificates to H.O.G., a laser-engraved Safe Rider Skills Chapter Plaque will be sent to the sponsoring dealer.

H.O.G. ASSISTANCE If you are concerned about being left stranded, then H.O.G. Assistance may be just what you need.

H.O.G. Assistance is a roadside rescue and recovery facility, providing you with a 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year backup.

H.O.G. Assistance does not restrict either the number or duration of trips or foreign tours, and there is no vehicle age restriction applicable.

H.O.G. Assistance can respond in the cases of breakdown, tyre puncture, lack of fuel and even loss of keys. In these cases, H.O.G. Assistance will arrange for your rescue as quickly as they possibly can. Your motorcycle can be recovered and then taken to the nearest official Harley-Davidson dealer for repairs to be carried out. In cases of lack of fuel, a simple roadside fill-up can be arranged (charges apply for fuel costs). If the dealer is not open for business, the motorcycle can be taken into secure storage and then delivered to the dealer on the next working day. Where appropriate, overnight hotel accommodation can be agreed and refunded by H.O.G. Assistance, or alternate transport to your destination, dependent on your circumstances. Rescues and accommodation apply to both rider and pillion. Transport costs are met, in respect of the journey back to the dealer to collect the

ABC S OF TOURING ‘A’ STANDS FOR ADVENTURE, BUT ONLY YOU CAN DETERMINE WHAT THE REST OF THE ALPHABET STANDS FOR 1.

Entries must be from a current H.O.G.® member and must be for one person only. If a Full and an Associate member both wish to enter, each must submit separate entries. Entries must include at least 26 photos with ALL of the following elements in EACH photo. • Your Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. • An issue of HOG® magazine 2013. • You – in at least 10 photos. • An ‘official sign’. • Entries must include a list of each city/town, county, municipality, state, province, country or event. Photos in front of H-D® dealers must have the name of the city/village/town written on the back of the photo. • The English translations of location names in alphabets other than Latin, such as Arabic, Cyrillic or Greek, will also be accepted. Eg: Θεσσαλονίκη will be accepted under T for Thessaloniki, will be accepted under J for Jeddah. An ‘official sign’ is: • A sign posted by a government body, which lies within the boundaries of the place it identifies (mileage/kilometre markers or directional signs are not allowed) • Government buildings with the name of the city/village/town or state on them such as post offices, police stations, etc. An authorised Harley-Davidson dealership must include a receipt, business card or compliment slip from the dealership. The name of the city/village/town, county, municipality, state, country etc. must appear legibly on the ‘official sign’ in the photo to receive points. You must ride your Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Photos with motorcycles on trailers are not eligible. You may include entries featuring a Harley-Davidson motorcycle hired to you through Authorized Tours & Rentals.

Due to the distances travelled in Africa and India, H.O.G members may include Recognised Game Reserves under the Countries section of the entry form. Please attach a separate sheet where 9. entries exceed the available space provided on the official form. The additional sheet must include your name and H.O.G. number and be firmly attached to the official form. 10. Names of winners will be published in HOG magazine. All photos submitted will become the property of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and may be used in HOG magazine or online. 11. Send entries to H.O.G. Customer Care Centre. All entries must be postmarked no later than December 31, 2013. All awards will be presented after that date. 12. Photos must qualify as outlined above to be eligible for points. Points are awarded as follows: • One point for each city (or equivalent ie. village, town, municipality) within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region – signs from A to Z. Max. 26 points. • One point for each country, province, county, shire, borough, département in France, canton in Switzerland, Bundesland in Germany, Drift or Pass in Africa, territory or State sign. Maximum 30 points. • One point for each US State/Canadian Province. Maximum 50 points. • Two points for any H.O.G. Rally or event as advertised in HOG magazine, including those advertised in the national newsletter section, eZine or online at www.harley-davidson.com or members.hog.com. No maximum. • One point for each natural/national park. h.o.g.® assistance If you are concerned about being left stranded, then H.O.G.® Assistance may be just what you need. H.O.G.® Assistance is a roadside rescue and recovery facility, providing you with a 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year backup.

EXCLUSIVE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE FOR H.O.G.® MEMBERS H.O.G.® Assistance can respond in the cases of breakdown, tyre puncture, lack of fuel and even loss of keys. In these cases, H.O.G. Assistance will arrange for your rescue as quickly as they possibly can. Your motorcycle can be recovered and then taken to the nearest official Harley-Davidson® dealer for repairs to be carried out. In cases of lack of fuel, a simple roadside fill-up can be arranged (charges apply for fuel costs). If the dealer is not open for business, the motorcycle can be taken into secure storage and then delivered to the dealer on the next working day. Where appropriate, overnight hotel accommodation can be agreed and refunded by H.O.G. Assistance, or alternate transport to your destination, dependent on your circumstances. Rescues and accommodation apply to both rider and pillion. Transport costs are met, in respect of the journey back to the dealer to collect the vehicle once repairs have been made. Please note that H.O.G. Assistance does not pay for the cost of repairs to your motorcycle. H.O.G. Assistance does not restrict either the number or duration of trips or foreign tours, and there is no vehicle age restriction applicable. The service is provided free for one year to purchasers of brand-new Harley-Davidson motorcycles. H.O.G. Assistance is also available for further 12-month periods exclusively to H.O.G. members, subject to an additional cost. Please refer to policy wording for full details, terms and conditions. LADIES OF HARLEY™ Ladies of Harley™ (LoH) offers members a special embroidered patch and pin during the first year of membership. Each renewal year, LoH members receive an LoH pin indicating the year of membership. You must be an active female Full or Associate member of H.O.G. to be affiliated with Ladies of Harley. Although LoH is free of charge to active H.O.G. members, the Ladies of Harley benefit is not automatic.
