General a. Checking our impact i. Goals of Project should be reviewed by LCEB during Project Hearing and Brand Filtering. ii. Goals of project should have measurable indicators of achivement.

Information b. Stakeholder relations (Host family, buddy, partner, TN taker,OC, Intern etc)

i. Each stakeholder's experience should be evaluated. ii. Each stake holder should be recognized with certificates


Before the experiences A. Forming the Job Description : i. All of Job Description should be clarified on TN link on EXPA ii. Beside main requirements of EXPA, Opportunities should mention 1. LC integration activities 2. Things interns need to bring for the internship 3. Type and location of accommondation or housing condition 4. Timeline of project (attached in the booklet) 5. Hotline for Urgent assitance : Whatsapp : +841667746945 (Ms. Thanh Tam - VP iGCDP) 6. Responsibility to fill and submit the NPS surveys and internship report.

iii. Job Descriptions of Projects should be followed our national standard


b. Program Promotion : i. Promotion should be done once a week ii. Promotion consists of segmented issue which is standardized by AIESEC Vietnam iii. Promotion should mention the needs of Vietnam to empower the youth to develop Vietnam.

c. Selection and Acceptance Process i. Interview should be done via Skype video call or other video call platforms ii. Interns should be 18-30 years old, speak English fluently, interested in GCDP issues, adaptable, respect hosting entity culture and will be able stay minimum 6 weeks in Vietnam (But no longer than 90 days)


iii. Outgoing Preparation Seminar is required to be held by home entity, which consists of : 1. XPP education 2. Culture Shock training. 3. EXPA basic knowledge 4. NPS knowledge iv. After the interview (within 2 x 24 hours), hosting entity (TN manager) should annpunce the result by sending approval or rejection mail to interns. v. In the email, TN manager should say that the intern have to submit following documents into one RAR file to TN manager : 1. Scan of passport 2. EP AN 3. Indemnity Form 4. Matching queationer (allergy, food dietary, etc) vi. Within 2 x 24 hours after EP submitting those documents, TN manager will send TN AN and Invitation Letter for the intern may apply for Social Cutural Visa which will take approximately 7 - 14 working days. However, Tourist Visa is acceptable. vii. Selected or unselected candidate has the right to get constructive feedback from hosting entity


d. Preparation process i. Preaparation process will be started right after the EP get matched on EXPA. ii. Send and have EPs fill in EPs' Development tracking tool iii. Hosting entity will provide annoucement which includes : 1. Update about project 2. Upcoming activities (project activities and integration activities) 3. EPs ' preparation for work before Realization 4. EPs' Preparation for the internship


During the experiences a. Communication Flow. i. EPs will be supported by EP buddy from hosting entity ii. Intern buddy and organizing Committe should have evaluation meeting at least once in 2 weeks iii. Intern should have contact information of TN taker, buddy and host family before arrival. iv. Each intern should know about National Complaint Management procedure.


b. Benefit of Program : We promise to provide : i. Chellenging environmnet by working experiences ii. Involvement with LC iii. Trainings like Orientation day, online trainings before internship (host project) iv. Welcome and Farewell parties v. Trips and Farewell activities vi. Airport pick-up and transportation guideline vii. Personal Development Program Framwork viii. Intern's Package (Notebook, Wristband, badge, simcard) ix. Suportive EP buddy assingned right after EP accept and answer all emails with 24 hours. x. reflection and reevaluation (feedback) space xi. Clarity on working process : clear role, schedule, performance tracking xii. Accomondation finding support. xiii. Reward and recognition system xiv . After the experience a. As the reward and recognition, intern will get certificate after submit 3 NPS Surveys b. Personal Development : i. Intern will have post - eveluation meeting with intern buddy. ii. Team faceback from OCPand OC members

c. Showcasing the experience :

i. Intern need to submit their internship report as poster, stories, pictures or video. ii. Hosting entity will publish the experiences of intern virtually and physically.
