FINAL OUTCOME

COVER 2 PARTS OF THE FACADE

To cover the building and the parking. Due to the rather heavy shape of the building, a straight fin façade was designed to intersect the horizontal lines of the floor. Then, the façade was designed to have a slope towards the central area in the middle of the building to emphasize the importance of the common area. And adding sun shading to reduce strong sunlight. For the parking facade, create a volume that extrudes from the massing of the parking building to welcome people and also place the facade at 45 degrees to hide the view of the parking from the outside such as from the expressway

ASSIGNMENT 4 : FINAL REVIEW
