CultureUp Initiative

The Cultural Program at The Station is working on a comprehensive art study and designing projects aimed to develop the cultural sector in the country. The Station team is working with artists, curators and cultural entrepreneurs in cooperation with several cultural institutions including the Iraqi Ministry of Culture. This initiative "CultureUp" was launched on April 15th 2020 which is also coincides World Art Day. The aim of this initiative is to positively contribute by changing many measures, redesigning cultural policy, promoting the concept of cultural entrepreneurship, and developing training programs for artists to encourage them to start artistic and cultural startups.
