Our presenting season brings national and international artists to South Puget Sound, with easily accessible and unique experiences right here at home. This year’s season line-up includes unforgettable events: the iconic Rita Moreno in an evening of stories and song; the timely return of political satire ensemble Capitol Steps; the eight-time Tony award winning musical Once; The Time Jumpers featuring Vince Gill and other Nashville legends; Gilbert & Sullivan’s comic opera The Pirates of Penzance; master storyteller Garrison Keillor; and so much more! Dr. Deacon-Joyner is a professional vocalist in both studio and live settings, and is a composer and arranger. Entertainment Explosion
Close to 60 volunteers, ages 52-88, present a musical concert at the Washington Center each March. “A Really Big Shoe” benefits over 2,000 homeless and needy children in eight local school districts and Community Youth Services. The Young Arts Ambassador experience provides an opportunity for teens and young adults to develop leadership, workforce, and life skills in order to achieve their highest potential as citizens in the global community. The program also seeks to reinforce commitment to exceeding academic expectations, skillset development, cultural opportunities and fostering new relationships and networks through volunteerism and arts exposure. We accept cash, check, or credit card, and the payment will be processed 2 to 5 business days after we receive your order. 2 or 4 installment Payment Plan — This affordable option allows you to pay for your order in two or four monthly payments. Initial payments will be charged when the subscription is received, and subsequent payments will be charged on the 15th of each following month. Disruptive patrons may be asked to leave the theater at the discretion of the Front of House Manager. • Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House staff. The late seating policy is set by the Artist(s), their production personnel, and the Front of House Manager, and will vary for each performance. Please arrive on time for all productions. • Use of cell phones, cameras, or other electronic devices is strictly prohibited within the theater. A $3.00 per ticket facility fee is charged for all single tickets. This fee contributes to the Center’s refresh and renew efforts which keep our facility clean and safe.
Exchanges
You may exchange your tickets for any other Washington Center 16/17 season event. Exchanges must occur before the start time of the original event and may be processed in person or over the phone. Exchanges Season subscribers pay only one $15 are subject to availability and the patron is processing fee. responsible for a $3 exchange fee per ticket. Members of our FRIENDS program are exempt from ticket exchange fees.
Ticket Donation
If you are unable to attend the event for which you hold tickets, please consider making a ticket donation. This makes the seats you purchased available to another patron. This donation is tax deductible and you will receive a receipt in the mail following the performance. To donate tickets, please contact the Box Office prior to the event. †Not all performances are suitable for all ages. We encourage parents to investigate events before purchasing tickets.

The Washington Center for the Performing Arts does not offer refunds.
