Schools AT THE LOWRY
Spring 2015
Welcome TO THE SPRING TERM AT THE LOWRY
This season we are excited to offer lots for you and your class to get involved with at The Lowry. This newsletter highlights some of the workshops and shows that we think would be most appropriate for schools – more information on any of the shows can be found in the enclosed brochure. Whether you are interested in studying LS Lowry, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time or finding out more about the industrial heritage of Salford Quays, we have something for you. We welcome over 9,000 school children every year to take part in workshops and aim to make sure their experience is enjoyable and memorable. All of our workshops are linked to the National Curriculum and are led by a team of highly experienced artists focussing on visual art, dance or drama. A member of our team is always on hand to answer any of your queries. For more information on any of the things you see in this newsletter please visit thelowry.com/learning I hope to see you soon!
