Lookbook Fall Winter 2018.
THE LEGEND OF THE MOUNTAIN & THE WAVE Mega cities. Mystic mountains. Chaos. Culture. Art. Stunning landscapes. Epic waves. Epic people. Weird food and wild times. Japan effortlessly melts all of these things into one fluid existence. The land of the rising sun was an obvious choice for Quiksilver’s creative immersion trip. Ever y season, our team travels to a new destination with the goal of absorbing it all and channelling it into a collection. Home to the piece of art that inspired our iconic Mountain and Wave logo, Japan struck a special chord. Through unique colors, distinctive prints and innovative materials, we worked a little a piece of Japan into ever y garment. This season, we’re introducing our new Adapt line — a purpose-driven capsule with refined urban style. Adapt clothes go the extra mile, keeping you fresh from the sleepless streets of Tokyo to the beachbreak peaks of Chiba. Fusing our heritage in surfing and subculture, the Quiksilver Originals range comes with color pops straight out of Harajuku’s main street. And our boardshort collection is simply the finest we’ve ever made. Our patented Diamond Deluxe fabric features best-in-class flexibility and lightness while the moisture-wicking lining keeps you rash-free — these boardshorts will go as far as you can push them. Topped off with original prints inspired by elements of Japan, we take art infused performance to the next level. T his is 183 – we hope you like it as much as we do.

Adapt: Purpose Designed, style refined Quiksilver Originals
Quiksilver has come a long way since 1969, when Alan Green stitched together the world’s first performance boardshorts in a small garage in Torquay, Australia. But one thing hasn’t changed — our insatiable desire to innovate. T he Highline Series is made with our Diamond Deluxe fabric, an ultra-light, low-friction and fast-dr ying material that puts comfort first. This season features original designs inspired by Japan’s deep cultural heritage. We also experimented with grung y moon-wash techniques, classic checkers and more. At the end of the day, these boardshorts look as good as they feel.
