Strengthening Passion over Distraction

Division School Press Conference (DSPC) participants overlooked the hot weather condition to continue participating and listening for their own respected categories at Nabunturan National Comprehensive High School (NNCHS) on Saturday, May 20.

Participants are standing in an open field so they really feel the heat since there is no other venues where they can conduct their activity.

“Bisan init nagpadayon japun mi og paminaw kay wala man gihapon mi mabuhat sa init,” uttered by Angel Maceda, DSPC participant.

She added that the hot weather condition is really a big distraction but it is nothing compared to their passion to win and strive to be the best.

Indeed, there is nothing that hinders the participants since they have a goal to achieve.

these changes is the revolution of technology, it becomes the new way for students to learn. “Students’ intellectual capacity is decreasing as they rely more on using online tools, but using AI is not bad if we are able to harness it properly” stated by Lapat. He added that students are becoming dependent on using AI that somehow they forgot to use their own knowledge to make their works and teachers are accountable to teach the responsible way of using it.

He added that he noticed some students irresponsibly using it since they use it to cheat on their exam.

Truly, AI is a helpful tool that makes people’s lives easier and it is easy to use but we should be responsible of the consequences.
