The Golden State Warriors have not lost before reaching the NBA Finals since 2013-2014 season against the LA Clippers, it will be the last time for the Warriors to lost to a western conference.

A loss like this can go one of two ways for the Warriors.

"Basketball is over for this year," Curry said "Felt in the fourth quarter with about seven minutes left. You just really never heard that from us before in terms of trying to make sense of losing a series like we did, unless it's been the finals. Gotta accept it, move on and try to be better next year."

Curry to win a game by himself, even him couldn't save the day this time.

The Lakers then held Curry scoreless in the second quarter, the Warriors began to claw its way back to draw level against the Lakers behind a 14-point frame for Curry.

But going into the fourth quarter with the Warriors down by 14 points, Curry simple doesn't get enough help, he was up to 26 points and no other starter had more than nine points.

Curry competed and led the team until the end, but he also struggled to find his 3-point shot as he did much of the match.
