Championship Special Events A 48 Hour Celebration of ACC Football As another exciting Atlantic Coast Conference Championship Game approaches, fans will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of special events over the course of the weekend. The festivities kickoff on Friday afternoon with the Coaches & Awards Luncheon, presented by Tampa Bay & Company at the Tampa Convention Center. This ticketed event will provide those in attendance the opportunity to hear from both divisional champion head football coaches about their respective roads to Tampa Bay. During the awards portion of the luncheon, this year’s outstanding ACC student athletes will be recognized for their individual achievements. The fun continues Friday night with two unique events, the ACC Night of Legends, presented by the Florida Sports Foundation and Channelside’s Toast to the Atlantic Coast. The Night of Legends is a ticketed function that will honor former ACC greats during a reception at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay. Channelside’s Toast to the Atlantic Coast is the official downtown pep rally location for fans and is free to attend. Fans will be treated to a night of entertainment, including each participating school’s marching band and the mascots from all the ACC institutions. Game day will bring a whole new level of excitement to the Dr. Pepper ACC Football Championship, kicking off with ACC FanFest, presented by the Official Corporate Partners of the ACC. This pre-game destination will feature everything you need to get ready for the big game; from top of the line hospitality, food and beverage to interactive games, pep rallies, autograph signings and a country music artist James Otto live concert! Come on out and be a part of the exciting 48 hour celebration surrounding the 2009 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship!

Championship Event Schedule Friday, December 4th ACC Coaches & Awards Luncheon 12:00pm *Ticketed Event

Tampa Convention Center Presented by Tampa Bay & Company The Coaches & Awards Luncheon officially kicks off the weekend with both participating coaches discussing their respective roads to Tampa Bay. The 2009 ACC Football Awards will also be presented at this time. Tickets are available. Call 813.218.3814 for ticket information.

ACC Night of Legends 7:00pm *Ticketed Event

Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay Presented by the Florida Sports Foundation This Legendary Event is an invitation-only party to honor outstanding legends from each ACC institution. Held at the ACC Headquarters Hotel, this party will embody the true spirit of ACC Football, as well as provide the opportunity to meet some of the biggest names in college football. Security Procedures The following items are prohibited from being brought into Raymond James Stadium at the 2009 Dr Pepper ACC Football Championship Game.

• Backpacks/duffel bags/large bags

• Food, Drinks, Cans, Bottles, Glass

• Seat cushions

• Banners/flags with sticks or poles

• Video

• Umbrellas (or anything that would obstruct a fan)

• Coolers

• Cameras

• Horns/air horns (artificial noise makers)

• Lasers

• Items that could be missiles or projectiles/fireworks

• Cameras with lens/body/filter longer than 12”

• Thunder sticks

• Footballs

• Large bags

• Pets (except assistive animals)

• Skates, skateboards, skate shoes, all cycles, and segways

No weapons of any description will be allowed in the facility (weapons carried with a permit are also prohibited). Working Tampa Police and Hillsborough County Sheriff officers assigned to work Raymond James Stadium are the only personnel allowed to carry a weapon. All others will be asked to return them to their vehicle. Only hand held signs, banners and flags will be permitted and they may not obstruct the view of other patrons. They must meet approval of TSA staff, and must not contain wood, metal, advertisements, poles or sticks. When a prohibited item is discovered after a patron enters the facility, the item shall be confiscated and disposed. The patron may be ejected from the facility, shall be denied re-entry, and their ticket price will not be refunded. Standard Raymond James Stadium entry procedures are supplemental to these security procedures.

Raymond James Stadium Information Guests should be dropped off and picked up at the Mass Transit Turnaround on Dale Mabry Highway. This area is on the northwest side of the stadium with easy access to the stadium property.

TICKET SCANNING Raymond James Stadium Ticket Takers scan bar codes at all events instead of tearing stubs. Tickets that do not scan will not be permitted into the stadium. Be aware that the tickets purchased from unauthorized sources could be previously used or counterfeit.

RE-SELLING OF TICKETS Re-selling of tickets for any Raymond James Stadium event on the premises is strictly prohibited.

TAILGATING Parking lots open four hours before kickoff and tailgating is permitted in the parking lots surrounding Raymond James Stadium. Tent size is limited to ten by ten (10’ x 10’) and spaces may not be saved as parking is specifically directed. The space behind your vehicle is the space that is your assigned tailgating area. Kegs and large vessels of alcohol will be confiscated. Music levels cannot disturb other tailgaters and footballs cannot be thrown in the parking lots.

PARKING AND TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT The Tampa Police Department will be working with the city of Tampa Transportation Department staff and Raymond James Stadium staff to make the traffic flow in and around the stadium as smooth as possible. Guests are reminded to be careful and courteous as traffic may be extremely heavy during the Championship game. Please use extra care when traveling to and from the stadium. Look for message boards with parking and traffic information. There are close to 25,000 parking spaces within a quarter mile of the stadium, but car pooling is still recommended to eliminate parking overcrowding.

GATE OPENING TIMES AND SECURITY INSPECTIONS Gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Plan to arrive early for security inspections and bag checks. All bags will be searched and hats need to be removed. See the list of prohibited items.

ADA ACCOMMODATIONS Seating locations and facilities are provided for guests with disabilities, call (813) 350-6500 for an Accessibility Guide. Raymond James Stadium offers two barrier free entrances with an elevator dedicated to each entrance. Please notify the box office for disabled seating requirements when

GUEST SERVICES Guest Service booths are located outside on the plazas, near the entrance/exit ramps on the main concourse, and near the center of each upper concourse. Club ticket holders can use the concierge in the east and west club lobbies and at the top of the lobby escalator.

FIRST AID First aid stations are near ramps B and D on the main and upper concourses. Paramedics are positioned on the east and west walkways of the main and upper levels and on the end zone concourse.

LOST AND FOUND Lost and found is at the nearest information booth during an event or call the TSA office weekdays at (813) 350-6500. The TSA office is on the ground level between gates C and D accessed from outside the stadium.

NEED CASH? Six ATMs are located on the main concourse, one on each upper deck, and two on the club level. There is also an ATM outside the stadium near the Box Office windows, between gates C and D.
