A major inhibiting factor in my life, since I was a teenager, has been my gut health and a difficult urinary tract system. My body’s alarmingly high inflammation count often left me bedridden for days. This was no way to live!

I believed in living life abundantly and felt this privilege was being denied me. Numerous doctor’s visits, being hospitalised often and feeling drugged, was not my desired state. I became adamant about living a sustainably healthy lifestyle.

My nursing career gave me a glimpse into how intentional eating could fast track a patient’s recovery rate. The opposite was also evident - unintentional eating habits often slow down the healing process.

During my childhood years, I remember my mother being a meticulous cook, placing high value on home cooked meals. It was a privilege to have access to my father’s luscious vegetable garden. Now I wonder how those values slowly drifted away from me over time?

As an adult, my increased consciousness of ‘I am what I eat’, brought me to a place where I could confidently share this truth. Through a dear friend’s assistance, I discovered AIM products. Over the last 9 years, I have been using these products faithfully. Herbal Fiberblend, BarleyLife and Composure have been my go-to’s. I also discovered Peak Endurance. AIM assisted my goal of achieving a healthier lifestyle with ease.

My cognitive choice on changing some unhealthy habits started delivering the desired results: increased vitality, better overall health, improved fitness and strength. What a blessing! Over time, I also regained my confidence and the ability to go out and attend functions again. My enhanced awareness of the nourishment in super foods, resulted in my being able to joyfully speak to anyone and everyone about AIM products. By now the ‘how’ of living life abundantly, was evident. Today scientists are still discovering more about the ability of the human body to heal itself when treated with respect. Numerous speaking opportunities opened up for me all over Gauteng. I was asked to speak on radio broadcasts, at churches, at woman’s events and in

schools. My story was, and still is, one of hope and endurance, of healing and perseverance.

When COVID restrictions started and many things changed, my heart was in a turmoil. Finding effective strategies to communicate with people was key for me as a Life Practitioner. Not ashamed of being a passionate Christian, I prayed and sought Godly wisdom. I knew I could trust in the goodness of God and things happening in His good time, He opened various doors. My main focus will always be serving women and that includes sharing how AIM products can support healthy living. It is an honour and privilege to serve those to whom God entrusts me. I am still learning and growing in my own healing journey. I now think twice about what enters my body. I choose AIM, as the powders are easy to take, the guidelines on how to use the products are clear and I find more people are looking for alternatives in health support products with little or no sugar.

I come alive when witnessing to others about great health and abundant living. This promise is available to everyone who desires change strongly enough. Being an AIM supporter fits my vision for: retirement without fear, residual income, executing many left behind dreams like more traveling, studying, developing and growing self, serving in communities, going on outreaches, my own spiritual growth, growing financially and spending time with my loved ones. l choose living life by example. We don’t need to be a certain age, or gain some level of education to share our own stories and experiences. My faith carried me through tough physical and emotional challenges and I wholeheartedly believe AIM products were a Godsend to me. Today, as an AIM Director, I want to cheer people on! Results are not found like fruit on a tree - it takes commitment, hard work, perseverance and believing in God’s promise of abundant life. He is the same faithful God and provides direction to all who seek Him.

I remain in awe of how God opens doors, and how we are granted second and third chances in this life. I haven’t been a great goal setter per se, however, I believe one important key component in life is to grasp opportunities as they present themselves.
