Oren is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a BA in Finance plus holds a Certificate of Real Estate Development. Tal graduated from Hofstra University with a BA in Marketing. Both are active speakers on a variety of real estate topics and are heavily involved in philanthropy. In 2016, Oren received the Young Jewish Professional ‘Young Leadership’ Award for the second time. He and Tal contribute to the Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces and the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well. Oren continues to maintain an extensive list of contacts and interests worldwide. He periodically travels abroad, introducing foreign buyers and prospects to opportunities in the U.S. market. Being a developer himself, with several projects in Florida underway, Oren has a strong appreciation for the intricate issues developers face. He sustains excellent relationships with the world’s top architects and designers to meet the wide- ranging needs of his discerning clientele.

Sara has extensive expertise in developing and implementing marketing functions for brands and businesses across several high-growth industries - including fin-tech, marketing technology and real estate. Most recently she spent the last several years in the luxury real estate industry, specifically in the Hamptons market where she led the marketing strategy for a well-known developer, implementing programs to facilitate the selling of over $180M in inventory. Prior to this she led digital marketing strategy for a marketing technology company, building the content marketing functions and infrastructure to fuel business growth, and was also previously at Thomson Reuters in the financial & risk marketing organization where she made significant contributions and implemented revenue driving marketing programs and strategy while managing a global team. A native New Yorker and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Sara brings an unprecedented level of marketing expertise combined with market knowledge for both the City and the Hamptons to the team’s portfolio and overall business. Sara currently resides in Sag Harbor.
