OFFICIAL was founded by a select group of the nation’s most respected luxury real estate professionals, including the highest grossing sales team (Alexander Team, founded by Tal and Oren Alexander) in 2019, 2020 and 2021 to establish the first sales and marketing firm specializing in the pinnacle segments of the marketplace: high net worth clients and new developments.
The strength of OFFICIAL is defined by our founders’ deep expertise and global success in the luxury property sector. Tal and Oren are joined by founding partners Richard Jordan (former Head of Global Markets, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing), Nicole Oge (former VP Global Marketing, WeWork and Global CMO, Douglas Elliman), and Andrew Wachtfogel (former EVP and Head of Research, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing).
We believe the brokerage model has not evolved with the rapidly changing needs of luxury buyers, the agents who service them, the media they rely on and the developers crafting products and value propositions to appeal to them. We are a creative, data-driven, experienced and service conscious team coming together to remedy those blindspots in the current model.

Richard Jordan co-anchors the sales and marketing strategy along with the Alexander Team to craft an international outreach strategy.
Richard spent more than eight years as the Head of Global Markets for Douglas Elliman during which time he traveled 200,000+ miles annually to key international cities, developing a database of more than 12,500 global contacts composed of HNW buyers, international channel agents, wealth managers, private bankers, family offices and press.

Sara began with the team as the Head of Marketing and Operations, where she oversaw all marketing programs for the team’s portfolio across New York City, the Hamptons, and Miami. Sara has extensive expertise in developing and implementing marketing functions for brands and businesses across several high-growth industries, including fintech, marketing technology, and luxury real estate.
Prior to joining The Alexander Team, she led marketing strategy for a renowned Hamptons developer, implementing programs to facilitate the sale of over $180M in inventory. Sara is a native New Yorker who lives in Sag Harbor. She holds a degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
