working together, and both are very excited about the prospect. Earlier Varun Dhawan had done a hatke movie in Badlapur which was directed by Sriram Raghavan, and now it is nice to see him take a tour off the beaten path by working with Shoojit Sircar, known for his different kind of slice-oflife movies. There was a buzz that Deepika Padukone, who earlier worked with Shoojit in Piku, was roped in as the female lead in the movie. However, speaking to MidDay, the director revealed that they have not cast a female lead in the movie. mitabh Bachchan on the hot seat again. Kaun Banega Crorepati, the desi version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? had begun enthralling us from 2000 with Amitabh Bachchan as the host. He hosted the show for nearly all the seasons, except for the third which was hosted by Shah Rukh Khan. KBC was one of the most followed shows in India, especially in the early seasons, and it had a number of clones and other iterations in various languages. The last season, which is the eighth one, ended in 2014, and now after a gap of three years, AB is returning to make some very knowledgeable Indians richer. However, the new season will also be incorporating some new changes in the game format and the winnings as well.
