Gas price drops - everywhere except in Vancouver

or a few brief minutes the price of gas dropped to 99 cents per litre in Metro Vancouver last weekend. Just as quickly it shot back to $1.04/ litre and this week, it is hovering at $1.02 per litre. However, elsewhere in Canada the price of gas is in a free fall. Free-flowing refineries are prompting a “bloodbath” for retail gasoline prices in Edmonton, one analyst says. Continued on page 6
