What do you specialize in, what are you most know n for? Short films & web series Everyone has a story about why they started, what’s your’s? Having compelling stories and being able to create original content for many to enjoy that will teach a valuable life lesson. Being in business can be hard and difficult sometimes, what keeps you motivated? The motivation truly comes from major motion pictures & movie trailers. After watching an amazing movie that has spark some type of emotion inside really allows me to pass on the same feeling to someone else with my projects. What can we look forward to from you in the upcoming year? In 2020, we are truly excited for the 2nd MCP Network Showcase this January, which will also be our 6th year anniversary. We just added a nomination category including the talented actors/actresses from our previous projects to give honor to their dedication. Plus, we have a lot of new and returning series airing as well for the upcoming season. What has been the hardest thing about being in business? Finding dedicated people that are willing to go all in. I have dealt with some challenges in my first 5 year experience with individuals who just want it all for themselves. I believe in growing together as a family. I want to see others make it, but we can't share a dream when others are steadying trying to attack for a throne they aren't prepared for. What are the failures that you most cherish? Not having the perfect project. I am still learning every day about this industry. Every project released from my company, I find something in need of improvement.
Whether it's directing, acting, cinematography, or etc, I will not stop until the perfect project is made. What did you want to be when you grew up? Honestly, I am leading to be the next Tyler Perry for my generation. Mr. Perry is a genius and he does not care what people will say about his next move. He goes above & beyond for his team that many don't provide in the industry, and I share the same with my team. What do you do in your free time? My free time involves catching up on TV series, and a few movies. I have grown to love television series so much that I have to catch up when the work is completed. How would you describe yourself in one word? Ambitious What sets you apart from others who are doing the same thing? The style and the representation that is being revealed for every new project. What is a philosophy or quote that you live by? Don't just dream about success, work for it and make it a reality. If you could off er one piece of adv ice to someone wanting to follow your path, what would it be? For those people who hate and talk down on you, let them. You are your own original masterpiece that no one can't rip away from the core. Stay tuned for the MCP Network 2020 experience by visiting w w w.mcpnetwork.tv.
