ONLINE MASTER OF DESIGN STUDIES IN SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
• This is a four (4) semester degree program with a blended low-residency and online format.
• Learn sustainable regional and community planning, healthy and green building design, and sustainable policy and advocacy.
• Specialize in energy and resource use, water and air quality, healthy materials, preservation, high efficiency building design and sustainable development, and more.
ONLINE MASTER OF DESIGN STUDIES IN DESIGN FOR HUMAN HEALTH
• This is a four (4) semester degree program with a blended low-residency and online format where you’ll gain specialized knowledge and skills in this growing field.
• Examine universal design, environmental psychology, sociology, anthropology, and neurobiology related to health and theories of well-being, and explore the ways they intersect with design theory.
• Confront real world problems, brainstorm solutions, and develop prototypes of your own designs.
ONLINE MASTER OF DESIGN STUDIES IN HISTORIC PRESERVATION
• This is a four (4) semester degree program with a blended low-residency and online format where you will combine theory and practice with topics ranging from preservation philosophy, law, and finance to traditional building methods, historic research, and documentation.
• Engage in opportunities to visit historical locations and learn from professionals about the importance of historic preservation.
• Benefit from the BAC’s nationally recognized curricula in sustainable design, design for human health, interior architecture, and architecture.
ONLINE MASTER OF DESIGN STUDIES IN REAL ESTATE
• This is a fully online three (3) semester degree program where you will focus on climate resilient, socially equitable, and financially feasible projects that strengthen communities.
• Immerse in a curriculum that includes finance, real estate market analysis, simulated deal making, design, sustainability, and community engagement.
• Choose from electives to build a concentration in allied fields, such as community development, sustainable design, and adaptive reuse of historic properties.
