Police arrested one of two men wanted for robbing a TD Canada Trust in the Jane Street and St. Clair Avenue area just after noon on Sunday. Andre Palmer, 26, was arrested Monday in Brampton and charged with armed robbery, attempted murder, aggravated assault and two counts of possession of stolen property, Staff Insp. Mike Earl told reporters at police headquarters Tuesday afternoon.
