LISA RAINFORD lrainford@insidetoronto.com Friends of High Park Zoo spokesperson Simone Stock is calling on local residents to cheer their “guts out” at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday. The organization is hosting a Neighbourhood Cheering & Entertainment Centre starting at 8:45 a.m. during the marathon in support of its “champion runners” Charles Jewell, Supporters will be dressed in Sean Russell, Amanda Tayles costume as and Jeff Todd they run, and and Bridget raise funds, in Burns, who support of are all raising HIgh Park zoo pledge money in support of the zoo. Burns is running in a peacock costume to help improve her chances at winning a Guinness World Record. This will be her third attempt.
