n memory of the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives a decade ago, the Veteran’s Resource Center and the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District hosted a
ceremony on campus Sept. 11. War veterans were honored, moving speeches were delivered, and exceptional performances were given by the Rancho Cucamonga Fire District bagpipers, student veteran Vicky Valle and the Fontana
High School Color Guard. “I think it’s important that we take the time out to do events like this,” said City Councilman Chuck Buquet, “that way we can truly say that we will never forget.” See page 3
