In September a group of gentlemen met with Mayor Marco Aurélio Peréz proposing one of the most audacious developments ever to be put forward on the island of Gran Canaria, this time in the famous tourist resort of Maspalomas. The meeting, at the southern town hall offices of San Bartolomé de Tirajana, produced the latest in a long line of announcements from the team behind the project Kokoon.
