The third one is South Korea, which drops down with rank to third place alongside with sharing country Germany; these both countries are giving their passport holders the visa-free/visa-on-arrival to access almost 189 destinations worldwide. If we talk about the top of the list, Japan then has managed to take the top spot for the third consecutive year by proving the best passports in the world 2020. A Japanese passport holder can access to a total of 191 destinations across the world without a prior visa.

INDIA’S PASSPORT RANKING This Asian domination is on the top of spots for being always on top, according to Henley Passport Index’s chairperson and inventor, Dr. Christian H Kaelin, “a clear argument for the benefits of their list opens the door for policies and the introduction of mutually beneficial trade agreements between countries.” Their list includes India on 84th rank and benefits the other countries about their native countries. India has unfortunately fallen on below on the list from rank 81, with access to 60 countries. cean Warming, the very serious problem of the environment today; starts with the absorption of the excessive heat from greenhouse gas emissions and it leads to a rise in ocean temperatures.

The heat and high temperature in the oceans reached a new record level in the year 2019, showing that the “irrefutable and accelerating” which is harmful heating for the planet. The world’s oceans, which are around the border of so many countries are the clearest measure of the environmental and climate emergency. This is because they absorb overall 93% of the heat trapped by the hazardous greenhouse gases emitted by fossil fuel burning in these cities. Another major cause of this climate change is forest destruction and non-environmental human activities.

The new analysis and reports on climate change show that the past five years are the top five warmest years. However, they are recorded warmer for the ocean and the overall past 10 years are the topmost years on record. The amount of heat, which is being trapped and added to the oceans is equivalent to very high scales; it is like every person on the planet is under the attack of an atom bomb or they are running at 100 degrees of microwave ovens heat all day and night. HOW DID IT START? The ocean absorbs around the very vast quantity of the heat as a result of that the increase in concentrations of greenhouse gases involved in the atmosphere. The root cause of this problem mainly starts from fossil fuel consumption. The Fifth Assessment Report published by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change that is (IPCC) in the year 2013 revealed that the ocean had absorbed more than 93% of the excessive heat from greenhouse gas emissions since the 1970s. The CEO Story: Brief us on the Inception Story of the Company. Anil:As a first-generation entrepreneur, I had always harbored the dream of entrepreneurship. Climbing the ranks in various jobs in the pharma industry, I achieved the position of Vice – President and prepared myself for this role through turn-around operations of organisations. A bigger trigger for setting up my enterprise was an early exposure to infertility management where I saw the struggles of women trying to conceive and the triumphs of the doctors who were able to help them conceive. That had a lasting impact on my mind and I was determined to set up an enterprise that would be dedicated to help women in their dreams and struggles to conceive. Another idea that dominated my mind while building up this Company was to design products around concepts and not follow the run of the mill patterns. Hence, all the products I designed were in accordance with accurate need fulfilment of women in various stages of infertility.

The CEO Story: How necessary do you feel to keep your employees content? How do you ensure it? Anil:A satisfied and motivated employee is an asset for any company whose value cannot be undermined at any stage of company’s growth cycle. The same applies for VLS. Employee Motivation and Satisfaction are key tenets of VLS Way. A defined set of methodologies wherein performance is the prime basis for offering customized motivational inputs to each employee. So in future, Vivo Life Sciences shall be seen in therapies other than Gynecology and infertility as well as engaging Doctors other than Gynecologists. We have plans to get in manufacturing space as well as R&D, both of which are currently outsourced. Appropriate associations have already been identified. Among other key plans, an e-commerce branch to deal in Wellness Products is very much on the cards. Plans to further reinforce our leadership team is already getting executed that will bring more value to our customer relations in participated therapies.
