Ad materials for spring/summer issues are due November 11 and fall/winter are due June 15. The Cliffs reserves the right to review and approve all advertisement creative submitted. A premium position inside the back cover and preferred placement options are available for full page ads at an increased rate. All advertisements should have tasteful colors and designs, use appropriate grammar, and align with the luxury lifestyle brand at The Cliffs. Advertisers are responsible for the color quality and must be set to CMYK. All fonts are required to be packaged or embedded. Images must be 300 dpi while bitmap images must be between 600-1200 dpi. All ads are limited to one call-to-action, one website url, and/or one QR code. Website URLs should not begin with www. No clip art is allowed on ads. Two-page spread requests are subject to approval. They are limited to one featured image with up to three supporting images and should be cohesive with leftand right-page integrations, so as to not look like two separate ads.
Single-page ads are limited to two images and one thumbnail image or graphic that could be, but is not limited to a headshot, supporting logo (not that is of which is the advertiser’s logo), award recognition, or QR code. Half-page ad sales are limited giving previous advertisers the first right of refusal before extending space to new advertisers. Half-page ads should use only one image. All copy, text, and illustrations are subject to The Cliffs’ approval before execution of an order, and all of The Cliffs’ rights are reserved to reject or exclude copy in its sole discretion that is deemed to be unethical, misleading, extravagant, challenging, questionable in character, in bad taste, detrimental to public health or interest, otherwise inappropriate or incompatible with the character of the publication, illegal, unlawful or that does not meet with the approval of the Federal Trade Commission, whether or not the same has been accepted and/or published previously by Publisher or The Cliffs.
