PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY AT THE CLIFFS
We take great care to preserve the sanctity of this community and respect the privacy of our members and guests. Therefore, we kindly request that it not be used as a backdrop for promoting other commercial enterprises. When engaging professional photography or videography, the following guidelines must be followed.
WHAT IS PERMITTED
1. Member family portraits and private events
2. Photography + Videography by The Cliffs departments and business units
3. Media approved by The Cliffs Marketing Team
4. Wedding Photography approved by The Cliffs Events Team
WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED
1. Commercial photography or videography, including real estate companies, is not permitted unless it is limited to capturing their own property listings. The use of The Cliffs’ photography and videography is prohibited without prior approval.
2. Photography or videography by unapproved media or outside publications, including coverage of club events, amenities, and related activities.
3. Use of unapproved drones.
PROCESS
Any party interested in filming or photographing at The Cliffs must complete the Application to Film and submit it to The Cliffs Marketing Department, regardless of the origin of the request. In rare instances where we determine that the requesting party aligns well with our brand and offers significant value as a partner, we will grant approval.
