At the close of the second quarter of 2023, The Cliffs saw 141 total transactions sold resulting in $152,890,750 in volume by all real estate firms selling within our gates. In comparison, Cliffs Realty was involved in 100 transactions totaling $89,810,000 in volume which translates to 71% market share. More sales by Cliffs Realty are on the horizon with 48 pending sales totaling $52,324,900. Sales are spread out fairly evenly amongst all seven communities with a slight increase at The Cliffs at Keowee Springs where The Cliffs has two new built-for-sale neighborhoods (Clubhouse Village and Waterscape) as well as new upcoming amenities - The Lake Club that just recently opened as well as the Keowee Springs Clubhouse set to open this fall. As we move into the second half of the year, we look forward to welcoming members to our new amenities and will continue to follow our vision of connecting members to new adventures. Our clubs strive to bring members together through events and programming to not only entertain but enrich the member experience.
