As we have entered into a new year, The Cliffs is happy to report on successful real estate sales in 2023. Throughout all seven communities, 339 properties were sold totaling $355,583,076 in volume by all brokerages selling within our gates. Average sales prices have continued to rise, 5.7% increase for homes and 9.5% increase for homesites. Cliffs Realty, the Official Brokerage of The Cliffs, continues to lead as the top brokerage, having sold 243 transactions for $219,788,774.

Our building company, Cliffs Builders, continued to build new homes in our exclusive neighborhoods in Walnut Cove, Mountain Park, and Keowee Springs. Cliffs Builders completed 16 homes and have 35 homes under construction. But some of the biggest news of the year were our new amenities. We were proud to open the long-awaited Clubhouse at Keowee Springs, The Lake Club at The Landing, a new Golf Learning Center at Walnut Cove, and set sail on the new Magnificent 7 party boat.
