The Collective Old Oak is our flagship co-living model, which will fully open its doors in Oct 2016 in Willesden Junction, Paddington Depot. For young renters and small creative businesses in London, Old Oak presents a more innovative property solution by offering convenience, freedom, community and high-quality design, all at an accessible price. What’s co-living and co-working? Co-living reflects the appetite for on-demand services and a sharing economy. Through one bill, Collective members gain access to a range of amenities - including a gym, Wi-Fi, spa, restaurants, bar, curated retail outlets, events spaces, to roof terraces and most importantly - workspace. Through one community, Collective members access skill sharing, information exchange and social experiences, without having to step outside their front door. We focus on creating beautiful spaces that share in the benefits of a genuine community. The Collective is a new kind of property company, redefining the way people choose to live and work. We are the UK’s first co-living provider. With an agile startup mentality in addition to proven design and development expertise, we aim to bring about innovation in the property market.

Willesden Junction sits at the heart of the future of London. On the interchange between Crossrail and the proposed HS2, our building rises 10 stories high on the cusp of West London and Paddington Depot, with a view that flows up the canal to Paddington Station. Willesden Junction is redefining city centre limits to accommodate the next generation of active enterprise. The area is one of the most connected locations with greater London and the rest of the country, yet a stones throw from the city centre. Old Oak lies at the centre of OPDC and London Regional plans backed by the former London Mayor, and has been heralded as the “silicon roundabout of the west.” West London has been a reliable core economic driver for London throughout history.
