Gosto de Amsterdã, na Holanda, pela beleza singular da paisagem e da arquitetura, pela atitude das pessoas e pela chance de cruzá-la de bicicleta. E entre as muitas delícias que a cidade reserva, tenho um restaurante favorito, o Merkelbach. Fica dentro do parque Frankendael e serve uma comida autoral inspirada pelo produto da estação. Você pode almoçar ou jantar olhando para um jardim extraordinário, desenhado no século 18. // I like Amsterdam, in Holland, due to the unique beauty of the landscape and the architecture, the attitude of the people and the chance of crossing it by bike. Among the many pleasures that the city reserves, I have a favorite restaurant, Merkelbach. It is located inside Frankendael Park and serves auteur food inspired by the season’s products. You can have lunch or dinner looking at an extraordinary garden designed in the 18th century.

Depois de viajar para Bali, percebi o quanto esse destino é um divisor de águas em nossas vidas. É uma energia surreal, e nunca tinha sentido isso em outro lugar. Fiquei encantada com Ubud e Uluwatu, os templos, as plantações de arroz... E, claro, não posso deixar de citar o Alila Villas, um hotel incrível e, literalmente, um paraíso na Terra.
