Award-winning Chef and Restaurateur Daniel Ridgeway and his wife Ruggie have opened the doors to their brand-new venue, Palm Beach Ave (PBA). Boasting a modern Australian menu, an art deco coastal feel and all-weather balcony with ocean views, PBA is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Wednesday - Sunday from 7am until late. Available until 11.30am, breakfast operates in a ‘café style’ with guests able to order at the counter or via QR code from their table. The lunch menu kicks off at 12pm and runs till 4pm, with featured items including a prawn and bug roll, porcini mushroom arancini, salad and pizzas.
