The store will join Pet Country, Pizza Hut, Subway, Lamppost Pizza, Mr. Wok, Thai Cuisine, Nutrition Mart, Premier Staffing, Tres Jolie Beauty Salon & Supply, Our Pet’s Vet, Friar Tux Shop and Paris Nails at the center, and is slated to open during the spring. Walgreens will also open a pharmacy at the center during the spring. The company also plans to open a 10,000 sq.ft. market at Muni’s Carroll Station, a condominium development located along 3rd Street in the Bayview District of San Francisco, CA, during the spring. The company also plans to open a Walmart and a Sam’s Club along Randall Road in Elgin, IL. The stores are currently under construction and are slated for completion during September. Smashburger Master, LLC (303-633-1500), through a franchisee, will open a 2,200 sq.ft. Smashburger restaurant in a space currently occupied by Earle’s Loveland Floral and Gifts at 34 Marketplace, located at the intersection of Boise Avenue and Eisenhower Boulevard in Loveland, CO, as part of a plan to eventually operate more than 400 locations nationwide. The restaurant is slated to open during the summer.
Sheetz, Inc. (814-946-3611) will open a Sheetz location in a former Farley’s Foodland along Bedford Road in Cumberland, MD. The company will demolish the existing building and construct a new store starting in March, with completion slated for July. The store will replace an existing Sheetz located along Frederick Street, which will close upon the opening of the new store. The company also plans to open a 5,000 sq.ft. store situated on 2.6 acres at the intersection of Wayne Road and Kriner Road in Guilford Township, PA. The store will feature outdoor seating, a car wash and gasoline facilities. Construction on the store is slated to begin during the spring, with an opening expected during the summer. The company also plans to open a location at the intersection of U.S. Highway 11 and PA 997 in Greene Township, PA. The company currently operates 366 locations throughout six states nationwide, including more than 200 in PA. Stein Mart, Inc. (904-346-1500) will open a 30,000 sq.ft. Stein Mart store at Colonial Promenade Lakewood Shopping Center, located at the intersection of San Jose Boulevard and University Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL. The store is slated to open during the spring, and will replace an existing location at University Shopping Center in the city. The company recently opened locations in Sarasota, FL; Jackson, MS and Temple, AZ. The company currently operates 265 locations nationwide, including six in the Jacksonville area. hhgregg, Inc. (317-848-8710) plans to open a 32,500 sq.ft. hhgregg in a former Marshalls at Mobile Festival Centre, located along Airport Boulevard in Mobile, AL. The store is slated to open this summer. The company currently operates 173 locations nationwide throughout 15 states. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. (724-273-3400) plans to open 11 Dick’s Sporting Goods locations throughout OR, 18 throughout WA, six throughout ID, five in MT and 94 in CA during the coming several years, as part of a plan to eventually double its existing store count. The store will replace an existing location along West Main Street in the city, and is slated to open during the fall. The location will feature an in-store Starbucks location and indoor and outdoor seating with overhead heaters for the outdoor space. Publix Super Markets, Inc. (863-688-1188) will open a 45,000 sq.ft. Publix supermarket at the intersection of Southeast Maricamp Road and Southeast 24th Street in Ocala, FL. The store will be the company’s 10th in Marion County, FL, and is slated to open during the late summer or early fall. The company currently operates 736 locations throughout the state. Nike, Inc. (503-671-6453) plans to open between 250 and 300 stores nationwide during the coming five years, including Nike Factory Stores in outlet centers and Niketown locations, offering new and exclusive items. The company recently opened a 17,624 sq.ft. Nike Factory Store at Citadel Outlets, located in Los Angeles, CA, and currently operates 155 Nike Factory Stores nationwide.
