NOTHING FANCY IS GOOD BUSINESS IS GOOD BUSINESS
It’s as simple as bread and butter. At Cedar, we own, manage and operate Bread & Butter Shopping Centers® in key locations throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Coastal states. Anchored primarily by supermarkets which are dominant in their respective markets and which have long remaining lease terms, these properties present predictable and strong cash flows. The dominant supermarkets, in turn, drive traffic for other tenants in their shopping centers. Such strength and predictability are among the necessities of business success.
